A few weeks ago, we were over the moon to learn that iconic comedian Jerry Seinfeld would re-team with his titular sitcom's creator Larry David for a hush-hush new project, though we've since learned its likely true nature. Seinfeld confirmed we'll be getting a 'Seinfeld' reunion short in the future with David and co-star Jason Alexander, but when can we expect to see it?

Speculation first emerged when Seinfeld and former co-star Jason Alexander were spotted filming at the New York-based Tom's Restaurant, better known as the exterior of Monk's Coffee Shop from the original NBC program. Larry David was also confirmed to be on set, though Jerry Seinfeld explained over WFAN radio show Boomer & Carton that the "short-ish" project wouldn't air as a Super Bowl commercial, but that we'd see it soon.

Seinfeld still kept notably hush-hush about the project, though we at least know that it won't be an episode of 'Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,' and has shot at other locations besides Tom's, including other unnamed 'Seinfeld' alum. Remember, however, the Broadway play Larry David supposedly described that would star Seinfeld or at least feature the comedian in a directing/producing capacity remains a separate matter.

We'll hopefully know more soon, but what do you think? How would you like to see another 'Seinfeld' reunion staged? Give us your thoughts after!
