It seems like only yesterday that SNL celebrated its 40th anniversary, to think that MADtv has existed for twenty (admittedly, it would help to have actually aired all that time). Nevertheless, the stars of MADtv will reunite on The CW for a 20th anniversary special in 2016, returning plenty of past alum.

Per TVInsider, the sketch comedy series once home to the likes of Will Sasso, Nicole Sullivan, Key & Peele and many more will reconvene for the MADtv 20th Anniversary Reunion airing Tuesday, January 12 on The CW. So reads the official description:

In the special, 19 MADtv alumni reunite to attend a fancy award ceremony honoring the series, but as the evening gets underway, nothing goes as planned. New comedy bits will be showcased alongside classic clips featuring the best of the show’s original characters and pop culture parodies.

As to the nineteen in question? Why, none other than Sisters star Ike Barinholtz, Family Guy voice Alex Borstein, Parks favoriite Mo Collins, Crista Flanagan, Anjelah Johnson, Nicole Randall Johnson, Keegan-Michael Key, Futurama favorite Phil LaMarr, Artie Lange, Bobby Lee, Michael McDonald, Arden Myrin, Nicole Parker, Eric Price, Will Sasso, Aries Spears, Nicole Sullivan, Stephanie Weir and Debra Wilson.

Also worth noting, January 5 will see 75 MADtv episodes made available to stream on CW Seed in advance of the special. For those unfamiliar, MADtv began in 1995, running over 300 episodes until 2009, and winning five Emmys over its tenure.

Stay tune for the latest from the special, and check out the reunion photo above.
