Months ago we were intrigued to learn that ITV was to develop another period piece in the vein of 'Downton Abbey,' though this time with the American twist of adding former 'Entourage' star Jeremy Piven as "Mr. Selfridge.' The fruit of those labors has finally arrived, so are you ready to see Jeremy Piven's big return to TV? See how Ari Gold would've fared in the early 20th century with the trailer for 'Mr. Selfridge!'

Are you ready for Jeremy Piven's return to TV? Hug it out and prepare either way, because the first trailer for ITV's 'Mr. Selfridge' has made its way stateside. The 10-part series follows the life of flamboyant American entrepreneur Harry Gordon Selfridge, and the launch of his famous London department store Selfridge’s.

Previously, Deadline told us ‘Mr. Selfridge’ will unfold in 1909 London at a time when “wealthy women were enjoying a new sense of freedom,” and “Mile a Minute Harry” sought mostly to indulge, empower and celebrate these women, making shopping as thrilling as sex. ITV picked up the drama based on the Lindy Woodhead book ‘Shopping, Seduction And Mr. Selfridge,’ with Chrissy Skinns producing, Kate Lewis executive producing and Jon Jones ('Downton Abbey') directing.

The drama is still being shopped to American networks, debuting on ITV this January, but check out the trailer for 'Mr. Selfridge' below and tell us what you think in the comments!
