Jimmy Fallon Reprises His Putin for Some Much Needed ‘Dr. Phil’ Advice

Dr. Phil's speciality may be "troubled relationships," but even he can't solve every plagued pairing. That sure doesn't mean that he won't try! Dr. Phil himself took to 'The Tonight Show' last night to help President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin work through their issues and tap into some necessary healing.

Yes, it's about as weird as it sounds, but 'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon really seems to enjoy playing Putin, and it's incredibly entertaining to see that impression evolve (that laugh!).
