Hide your clocks everyone, and send your gators to a kennel, as 'Once Upon A Time' season 2 is making good on its promise to hook new viewers with the villainous threat of classic 'Peter Pan' villain Captain James T. Hook.  Former 'The Tudors' star Colin O'Donoghue will don the infamous hook when 'Once Upon A Time' returns for season 2, but what role will Captain Hook have to play in it all?

From Deadline, we've learned that Irish actor and 'The Tudors' star Colin O'Donoghue has joined the cast of 'Once Upon A Time' season 2, playing the famous Captain Hook.  Best known as the classic villain of J.M. Barrie's 'Peter Pan' stories, the character was first introduced in a brief teaser shown at Comic-Con 2012.

The character will be introduced in the season's fourth episode, though no details are available on how Hook fits into it all.  Hook joins a long list of classic fable characters to be introduced over the course of 'Once Upon A Time's sophomore year, the majority based on Disney characters, including Mulan, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, Aladdin and the villainous Jafar.

'Once Upon a Time' marks O’Donoghue’s return to ABC where he played the male lead in the 2011 drama pilot 'Identity.'
