Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Joins ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’

Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (recently named one of the 116 "Greatest Talents" to ever work with Paramount) is still trying her hand at this acting thing and has landed herself a new gig: the upcoming 'Mad Max: Fury Road.'

Normally, Rosie probably wouldn't be the most talented actress on a film set but she could pretty much count on being the most beautiful. But with 'Fury Road' it doesn't even look like she'll have that distinction. Not when you're co-starring with Charlize Theron...

Huntington-Whiteley (let's just call her Rosie for brevity's sake...) joins Theron and Tom Hardy in the film where she'll play one of the "Five Wives." Over the long production that 'Fury Road' has traveled down, many actresses have been rumored to be part of the so-called "Five Wives" including Riley Keough, Zoe Kravitz and Teresa Palmer (it's unclear if any or some of those actresses are still attached to the film).

Rosie hasn't done any acting since her Razzie-nominated turn in 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' but she is dating Jason Statham who's in that new 'Expendables' movie so maybe that counts for something?

'Mad Max: Fury Road' is set to begin filming this month in Australia for a 2013 release.
