Huzzah! Just hours after the BBC teased that today's 'Sherlock' broadcast would feature a special treat for fans, the network has delivered something even the Comic-Con 2013 audience has yet to see: the first 'Sherlock' season 3 trailer! See Sherlock (Benedict Cumberbatch) make his grand return to all the supporting players, only overshadowed by the presence of John Watson's (Martin Freeman) hysterical mustache!

The first footage from "The Empty Hearse" arrived after a broadcast of season 2 finale "The Reichenbach Fall," and, however brief, appears to tease Sherlock announcing his survival to Mrs. Hudson (Una Stubbs), Lestrade (Rupert Graves), Mycroft ('Game of Thrones' star Mark Gatiss), Molly (Louise Brealey) and finally John Watson. As previously mentioned, John Watson has a mustache. Watson's mustache is the new Michonne on a horse.

Meanwhile, in addition to the footage screened and details gleamed at Comic-Con 2013, we most recently learned of season 3 that Danish actor Lars Mikkelsen (brother to ‘Hannibal”s Mads) has joined in the villainous role of “Charles Augustus Magnussen,” a character with no direct literary counterpart, but one that likely corresponds to 1904 Sir Arthur Conan Doyle story “The Adventure of Charles Augustus Milverton.”

Well, what are you waiting for? Check out the 'Sherlock' season 3 teaser trailer above, and give us your predictions for the coming season in the comments, before its debut later this year!
