Star Wars Celebration Orlando’s Very Best Cosplay (Day Four)

EDIT
|

For four days, Star Wars Celebration captivated fans of all ages with remarkable panels, early peeks at the latest Star Wars adventures, amazing merchandise, and spectacular cosplay. Typically the final day of a convention is a day of rest for the cosplaying faithful, but this Star Wars Celebration, there was no rest for the weary. With no new Celebration for another two years, cosplayers turned out in their Easter Sunday best for the final day in Orlando.

The long weekend went by in a blur, but there were some truly special cosplayers out on the floor making this year’s Celebration one to remember. Whether young or experienced, first-time attendees or convention veterans, there was always a special character or creation lurking just around the next corner. It’s amazing how fandom has responded to the past 40 years of Star Wars with these wonderful costumes, and it’s even more incredible to think of what the next 40 years of Star Wars might hold.

Though many legs and feet were heavy with the burden of 72 hours of non-stop adventure in that galaxy far, far away, the final Celebration Sunday for the next 730 days (give or take) was just as awe-inspiring as the first three days combined. It’s been a heck of a show, and it’d be nearly impossible to catalog all of the cosplay present through the entire weekend. Hopefully we managed to give you a glimpse into what Celebration is like and just how brilliant Star Wars fans are when it comes to dressing for the occasion.
