We're still reeling from Marvel's bombshell announcement of four new Netflix original series for 'Daredevil,' 'Jessica Jones,' 'Iron Fist' and 'Luke Cage,' eventually forming their own miniseries 'The Defenders,' but questions will continue to pour in over the long wait until 2015. For instance, does Disney believe the heroes could still lead to their own films? What about the proposed 'Agent Carter' series?

Remember that mysterious four-series and a miniseries deal that Marvel TV had supposedly been working on a few weeks back? Well, forget all about an 'Agent Carter' spinoff to follow 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,' it seems the Marvel heroes of Hell's Kitchen will finally get their due, as Netflix will host four new original live-action series for 'Daredevil,' 'Jessica Jones,' 'Iron Fist' and 'Luke Cage,' before an epic 'The Defenders' miniseries event!

Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studios, is the man with all the superhero secrets. He knows everything about all the Marvel movies we will be getting and hope to be getting, and naturally when Mr. Feige goes out in public to promote 'Thor 2,' you can bet he's gonna get a ton of questions about the current and upcoming slate of Marvel movies.
As it so happens, he did get those questions and he gave a lot of answers. So, what have we learned about Phase 3?

It's nothing short of remarkable how Ben Affleck has turned his career around. Once thought of as a joke, the actor-turned-director is back at top form and could very well wind up seeing his latest film, 'Argo,' nominated for Best Picture. But if this is Affleck's career high, it wasn't that long ago that he had hit his career low.

It looks like Joe Carnahan's take on 'Daredevil' will be one of those great "What If"  projects that fans will speculate about for a long time, like David Lynch directing 'Return of the Jedi' or Ridley Scott helming 'Dune.' Carnahan said on Twitter he would unleash his demo reels if his followers were interested, and now we have them.

The 'Daredevil' reboot Fox is currently planning is working under a tight time constraint. The studio has until October 10th to greenlight the project before the rights revert back to Marvel Studios. The project seemed to have some life when Fox brought in director Joe Carnahan ('The Grey') who had some passion for the material. Sadly, it doesn't look as if Fox shared that passion.

Things get a little tricky when some of your characters belong to another studio -- such is the case with Marvel Studios and Fox. Fox wants Joe Carnahan on the 'Daredevil' reboot, but those rights are going to run out soon. Solution: Fox and Marvel are discussing a trade that would give Silver Surfer and Galactus back to Marvel in exchange for more time with the blind superhero.
