Emilia Clarke is an English-born actress who's claim to fame is playing Daenerys Targaryen (aka "The Mother of Dragons") on HBO's hit fantasy series 'Game of Thrones,' based on the novels by George R.R. Martin. Her early career consists of appearances in the film 'Spike Island,' the TV movie 'Triassic Attack,' the short film 'Shackled' and TV series 'Doctors,' all based in the UK. However, thanks to 'Game of Thrones' clout, Emilia Clarke since starred on Broadway in 'Breakfast at Tiffany's,' as well as in the Jude Law-led 'Dom Hemingway.' Aside from her continuing role on 'Thrones,' she recently scored the coveted role of Sarah Conner in the upcoming 'Terminator' trilogy.
