'The Legend of Korra' fans were a bit taken aback to find that Book 4: "Balance" would premiere on October 3, so soon after the Book 3 finale, but the characters themselves are in for a much longer wait. Not only does the first official trailer for 'The Legend of Korra' season 4 confirm "Balance" as the final season (for anyone unsure), it also teases a major time jump for the upcoming story!
Fans of Nickelodeon's 'The Legend of Korra' are still reeling from Book 3's incredible finale "Venom of the Red Lotus," having premiered only weeks ago, and the hits just keep on coming. Where previous years have seen only one season airing at a time, we've learned that Book 4: "Balance" will premiere on Nickelodeon's website as early as October 2014!
'The Legend of Korra' has gone through a lot of changes, which coincidentally happens to be the subtitle for Book 3 -- as Korra adjusts to a world that lives in tandem with the spirits and Team Avatar looks to recruit more Airbenders, four new villains have emerged, and all the remaining episodes have ditched the TV medium to be aired online at Nick.com.
Following the 'Legend of Korra' panel at Comic-Con 2014, we caught up with the faces (or, rather, the voices) of this series, Janet Varney (Korra) and David Faustino (Mako), to get a better idea of how these changes will impact the rest of the season, as well as the already-filmed Book 4.
