James Wan Back in for CBS’ Revamped ‘MacGyver’ Pilot

CBS’ proposed young MacGyver reboot has ben raising eyebrows for a few months now, ordered to series despite a near-total discard of the original pilot, but at least some good news is in order. Not only is Furious 7 and The Conjuring director James Wan back in to helm the pilot, but so too have new details of the revamped story arrived.

CBS didn’t show us anything new by the official 2017 Star Trek teaser, but will the same be true of its other new franchises Training Day, or MacGyver? Judge for yourself, as the latest movie-TV reboots get official trailers fro the 2016-17 season, looking far different than anything you remember.

Rose Byrne's Moira MacTaggert has some 'splainin' to do. No, literally. She has an explanation she would like to share with you in the latest clip from X-Men: Apocalypse. Not nearly as clever as last week's viral video featuring narration from George Takei, the new clip features Byrne describing Oscar Isaac's big bad and what makes him so big and bad.

Seeing as it may take awhile for a sexy new MacGruber, we’ll have to settle for CBS’ young MacGyver reboot. To wit, X-Men franchise star Lucas Till will raise a little Havok with paper clips and chewing gum, taking the title role in TV’s forthcoming reboot.

Comic-Con 2013 is almost upon us, and one of the more hoped-for panels is the one for 20th Century Fox. Fans have been hoping to catch an update or two on Bryan Singer's 'X-Men: Days of Future Past,' and, though shy of an official announcement, a panel will reportedly happened. In fact, we've already stumbled on some of the "big surprises" coming our way.
