It wasn’t so long ago that Netflix venturing into talk shows seemed like a strange concept, and with Bill Nye Saves the World preparing for an April debut, Netflix is rethinking Chelsea Handler’s Chelsea. Season 2 will move to a weekly format that better fits the show’s viewers, as revealed in a new teaser for the April premiere.

Stranger Things Season 2 had even more license to honor its ‘80s movie past, recruiting actual Goonies and Aliens stars like Sean Astin and Paul Reiser. The latter’s role as a mysterious scientist remains some what fuzzy, but Reiser at least confirms a surprising Aliens connection, and what separates him from Matthew Modine’s Season 1 villain.

Both Young Justice fans and stars alike spurred enough interest in a third season for Warner Bros. to finally make it happen, so it isn’t any surprise the majority of voice cast would be on-board. That said, one voice actor’s return does raise an interesting question about a Season 2 character’s fate, and how far West Season 3 might head.

Breakout success though Stranger Things may have been, many had to wonder if the series were perhaps best-served by that eight-episode run. Everything we’ve seen from Season 2 seems promising, though producers now lay out a four-to-five season plan for Hawkins, along with a new round of photos.

Now, we’ve learned Finding Dory and Nemo director Andrew Stanton will direct several episodes, as will another newcomer to the series.

No one was particularly surprised that Netflix would come through with a Season 2 renewal for Stranger Things, though they took things a step further to reveal all nine of its cryptic Season 2 episode titles. Or did they? Creators admit that the final products may end us with different names than the ones we’ve spent months speculating over, precisely because we’ve spent months speculating over them.
