Because rumors of a ‘Deadpool’ movie have lingered for many years and years, we’ll always remain a little skeptical that this movie is actually happening for real this time. But, following the news that Ryan Reynolds has officially signed on to star, comes word that casting on the project is ramping up as T.J. Miller (‘Silicon Valley’, ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’) and Ed Skrein (formerly of ‘Game of Thrones’) are in talks to join the upcoming project.

Comedian T.J. Miller Makes a Hilarious Case for Morning News

by Kate Erbland October 15, 2014 @ 3:29 PM
You probably know comedian T.J. Miller from his (extremely varied) film work, thanks to roles in the last 'Transformers' blockbuster and even a big turn in that 'Yogi Bear' movie, but Miller is also a prolific touring stand-up performer, and he relishes his time on the road. Oh, not just for the actual shows -- sure, they're great -- but for some of the marketing he has to do to get the word out. We're talking morning shows, people. Small market morning shows.

'Veep' Season 4 & 'Silicon Valley' Season 2: HBO Renews Sunday Comedies for 2015

by Kevin Fitzpatrick April 21, 2014 @ 2:40 PM
Well, this shouldn't come as too big of a shock. Given the Emmy caliber of HBO's 'Veep' in its first few seasons and its current third, as well as the buzzy reception of Mike Judge's tech comedy 'Silicon Valley,' HBO has made things official with 2015 renewals for its current Sunday comedy lineup. Might that mean Selina Meyer (Julia Louis Dreyfus) gets a new title to match her current career path, too?

Check out Mike Judge's TV return with the full premiere episode of tech comedy 'Silicon Valley' right now!

by Nick Romano March 28, 2014 @ 8:41 AM

That all changes as stand-up comic and 'Cloverfield' star T.J. Miller becomes the first actor to land a role in the film.
