We got our first official look at 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' in the form of a new Entertainment Weekly cover featuring Jennifer Lawrence and 'Hunger Games' newbie Sam Claflin in full Tribute attire. Plus, the first still showing the two getting up close and personal. However, even more new pics from the sequel to last year's box office hit have been released, and there's a lot more drama to be had.

EW revealed two brand-new pics from 'Catching Fire,' the sequel to 'The Hunger Games,' in anticipation of the Friday release of their latest issue. Previously we were afforded a look at 'Snow White and the Huntsman' star Sam Claflin taking on the role Finnick Odair, a former Victor of The Hunger Games who will find himself in the arena once again, this time with Katniss Everdeen. But what's going on with our favorite characters from the first film?

The newly released 'Catching Fire' stills showcase Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss) and Josh Hutcherson (Peeta), and from the looks of it, it's probably from an earlier scene when they're addressing their adoring public. Liam Hemsworth (Gale), on the other hand, will find himself in a dangerous situation. Without spoiling anything for those non-'Catching Fire' readers out there, let's just say he gets in a bit of trouble with the law.

Check out the new pics from 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' (shown above and below) and let us know what you think of the latest installment of the franchise. What scenes are you most excited to see brought to life on the big screen?
