The last time we saw Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee on an episode of 'The Simpsons,' he was busy shoving a "Thing" figurine into a Batmobile, so will time have changed his manner at all? We'll find out this fall when Lee returns to 'The Simpsons' after 12 years for a guest role in the 25th season, but what new chaos will he bring to Springfield's Comic Boot Guy this time around?

Stan Lee might be the busiest man in superhero showbusiness, between his many Marvel cameos and personal projects, but the icon still finds time to hang around Springfield and bug Comic Book guy. Entertainment Weekly reports that after his first appearance on 'The Simpsons' 12 years ago, Lee will return to voice himself for an upcoming episode of the 25th season this fall.

The episode in question will see Homer attempt to disrupt a blossoming relationship between Comic Book Guy and an attractive young Japanese woman with a penchant for manga. Lee himself will appear in the Android's Dungeon comic shop to offer advice on comics, romance and their lovechild, romance comics.

"Stan was a joy to work with once again,” said executive producer Al Jean. “We look forward to having him back on the show in another 12 years.” The upcoming 25th season will also feature appearances from cartoon rival Seth MacFarlane, as well as 'The Newsroom' creator and acclaimed writer Aaron Sorkin.

What say you? Are you excited to see what Stan Lee jams into a Batmobile this time around when he returns to 'The Simpsons' this fall?
