For his next disaster flick, Roland Emmerich wants to destroy the White House in 'White House Down,' and these new posters tease a seemingly perfect day in Washington, D.C. just before Emmerich blows everything up.

Emmerich has brought us big-budget disaster movies like 'Independence Day' and '2012,' and his next target is the White House in 'White House Down.' While similar in name and scope to Antoine Fuqua's recently released 'Olympus Has Fallen,' we know there's no way Fuqua had nearly half the explosions and chaos Emmerich will give us with his upcoming film, which is set to hit theaters on June 28.

The first trailer is set to drop tomorrow night, but until then, enjoy these kinda cool teaser posters, courtesy of our friends over at Moviefone. We're well-acquainted with Emmerich's burning desire to see the world destroyed, so we like the idea of posters that show us how normal and nice everything is before Emmerich unleashes his fury. Has anyone asked this guy what he has against Earth, humanity and the White House?

'White House Down' boasts an amazing cast, including Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, Maggie Gyllenhaal, James Woods and Richard Jenkins, and chronicles what happens when a paramilitary force takes over the White House. So maybe Emmerich will leave this historical structure in one piece this time around?

UPDATE: Sony provided us with a third teaser poster, which we've included at the bottom of the page. Click on each to download the hi-res versions.
