Well, this should come as very little surprise. For as long as FOX decided to revive the '24' franchise with upcoming limited series '24: Live Another Day,' we never expected Kiefer Sutherland to prove the only franchise veteran reprising his role. Thankfully, Jack's phone will once again be buzzing with the sounds of Mary Lynn Rajskub's voice, returning in her analyst role as Chloe O’Brian.

“I am thrilled to be working with Howard [Gordon] and the writers again — and, of course, Kiefer,” said Rajskub in a statement announcing the character's return. “There’s a lot more room to grow in my character ... I’m going to start sharpening my computer skills right now.” The actress first joined '24' in 2003, clocking in (heh) the series’ second-most amount of episodes of any actor appearing in all eight seasons, after Kiefer himself.

Rajskbu joins the broadly returning '24' team of writer/producers Howard Gordon ('Homeland'), Evan Katz, Manny Coto, David Fury, Robert Cochran, Brian Grazer, Jon Cassar and Kiefer Sutherland. Few details are known of ’24: Live Another Day,’ other than its 12-episode structure that will pick up the pace from its namesake format sometime in spring of next year.

Well, what say you? Does '24: Live Another Day' have you even more excited for the franchise return, now that Chloe will be behind the desk once more? What franchise stars would you want to see return to their roles?
