After basking in the success of 'The Walking Dead,' 'Breaking Bad' and 'Mad Men,' AMC is looking to add another hit drama series into the mix with the Mark Strong-led 'Low Winter Sun.' While we still have to wait until this summer for the pilot to hit, we now have our first extended look via the all-new teaser trailer.

Based on the UK miniseries of the same name, 'Low Winter Sun' follows Mark Strong's Detective Frank Agnew, the same character played by the same actor featured in the original series, in what's described as "a contemporary story of murder, deception, revenge and corruption." As seen in the first trailer, the series kicks off with Agnew killing his fellow detective, which prompts outside forces to pull him deeper into the dark Detroit underworld.

Also featured in the 'Low Winter Sun' trailer are fellow series stars Lennie James ('The Walking Dead'), David Constabile ('Breaking Bad'), Sprague Grayden ('24') and Athena Karkanis ('The Transporter'). Showrunner Chris Mundy ('Criminial Minds,' 'Cold Case') is also handling executive producing and writing duties.
