It's been announced that the upcoming 'Ender's Game' will have a presence at Comic-Con 2013 and that Indiana Jones himself, Harrison Ford, will be at the film's panel alongside other members of the cast and crew.

Although thousands of geeks are now thrilled by the possibility of seeing Han Solo in person, we can't help but laugh at the thought of the typically grumpy, blue-collar Ford barely containing his annoyance at being in the same room as all of those nerds (which will include us, of course). Sure, he'll do his due diligence and help sell the upcoming sci-fi action movie, but we can't wait to see the inevitable eye twitch when someone dressed as Darth Vader approaches the mic and asks him a 'Star Wars' question.

Although Ford's presence is the big news coming out of this panel, he will be joined by co-stars Asa Butterfield, Hailee Steinfeld and Abigail Breslin, as well as director Gavin Wood. The press release promises never-before-seen footage (a new trailer, perhaps?) and a variety of "interactive fan events." And by interactive fan events, we presume they mean this:

"Attendees will be able to visit an elaborate, specially constructed ENDER'S GAME exhibit outside of the Hilton Gaslamp, featuring 8 unique rooms representing the most iconic environments of Ender's world, complete with original film props and set pieces used in the movie.  Throughout the experience, attendees will be able to see exclusive film footage on LED screens, interact with new digital content, integrate photos of themselves into the highly anticipated Battle Room, and register to win a home make over."

As you may know, 'Ender's Game' is based on Orson Scott Card's beloved novel and follows a young boy (Butterfield) recruited into "Battle School" so he can train to be a soldier and help repel a future alien invasion. Ford plays one of his commanding officers, Colonel Graff. The film will hit theaters on November 1, 2013.
