The CW had itself a banner day, dropping some big news in the form of a Legends of Tomorrow trailer and premiere, simultaneously making waves with the rest of its 2016 schedule. We now know when The 100 will return for Season 3, what it means for The Vampire Diaries, and what fans of iZombie and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend can look forward to.

Along with Legends of Tomorrow’s 2016 bow, The CW’s midseason schedule revealed that breakout critical hit The 100 would return for Season 3 on the same day, airing Thursday, January 21 at 9:00 P.M. Unfortunately for Vampire Diaries fans, this carries the side effect of displacing both it and The Originals to a Friday timeslot for the foreseeable future.

Not only that, but semi-struggling fan-favorite Crazy Ex-Girlfriend will keep to its Monday slot opposite Jane the Virgin, The CW having granted Crazy an additional 5 episodes for its first season. The same goes for iZombie, which will stick with The Flash on Tuesdays, adding another five episodes beyond its first year’s run.

Of course, both Arrow and Supernatural will also remain in their Wednesday slots, unchanged. Which of The CW’s midseason 2016 premiere should we most look forward to?
