‘Doctor Who’ Season 7: New Trailers and Photos!

'Game of Thrones' season 3 may be premiering on Sunday March 31, but the long-awaited return of 'Doctor Who' has them beat premiering on the Saturday before with "The Bells of St. John"! Before The Doctor returns for new timey-wimey shenanigans, however, the BBC has released a slew of new materials from the second half of series 7, including two fantastic new trailers and movie posters of the first four episodes! So what's "the only mystery worth solving"? Why you haven't come inside for fresh 'Doctor Who' already?!

'Doctor Who's' season 7 return is nearly upon us, as the 11th Doctor prepares to begin a new round of adventures with his latest companion, the ever-mysterious Clara Oswin Oswald. To get viewers primed for the new episodes, the BBC has delivered not one, but two all-new trailers, as well as new synopses for the episodes and posters for upcoming installments!

Episode 7.07 - The Bells Of Saint John

The Doctor’s search for Clara Oswald brings him to modern day London, where wifi is everywhere. Humanity lives in a wifi soup. But something dangerous is lurking in the signals, picking off minds and imprisoning them. As Clara becomes the target of this insidious menace, the Doctor races to save her and the world from an ancient enemy.

Episode 7.08 - The Rings Of Akhaten

Clara wants to see something awesome, so the Doctor whisks her off to the inhabited rings of the planet Akhaten, where the Festival of Offerings is in full swing. Clara meets the young Queen of Years as the pilgrims and natives ready for the ceremony. But something is stirring in the pyramid, and a sacrifice will be demanded.

Episode 7.09 - Cold War

The Doctor and Clara land on a damaged Russian Submarine in 1983 as it spirals out of control into the ocean depths. An alien creature is loose on board, having escaped from a block of Arctic ice. With tempers flaring and a cargo of nuclear weapons on board, it’s not just the crew but the whole of humanity at stake!

Episode 7.10 - Hide

Clara and the Doctor arrive at Caliburn House, a haunted mansion sat alone on a desolate moor. Within its walls, a ghost hunting Professor and a gifted psychic are searching for the Witch of the Well. Her apparition appears throughout the history of the building, but is she really a ghost? And what is chasing her?

Upcoming guests for the remainder of ‘Doctor Who’ series 7 include Celia Imrie, Richard E. Grant, Warwick Davis, Jessica Raine, Dougray Scott and Tamzin Outhwaite, as well as mother and daughter Dame Diana Rigg and Rachael Stirling. Rigg will also be seen in the coming season of ‘Game of Thrones,’ as well.
