MGM is keeping busy with their casting talks this week -- this time they're eyeing Dwayne Johnson for Brett Ratner's 'Hercules.'

The script, from Ryan Condol, is an adaptation of Steve Moore's graphic novel, 'Hercules: The Thracian War,' which tells the story of Hercules training the Thracian army to be the best of the best under the orders of the Thracian King. Among the film's producers is director Peter Berg (this summer's 'Battlership'), which means we can almost guarantee at least one cast member from 'Friday Night Lights' will make an appearance in the film.

Johnson has been a busy man, with this year's 'Journey 2: The Mysterious Island' and 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation,' making him the most popular boy in sequel high school.
