Eva Mendes Says She Won’t Be Returning For ‘Fast Six’
Fans of the 'Fast & Furious' franchise are anxiously awaiting the sixth installment in the popular series and casting information has been starting to hit the web recently. We've heard of new additions like Gina Carano joining the cast and Rihanna has been rumored to play a villainous role. But who won't be returning for the sixth film?
Today we spoke to Eva Mendes and asked her if she was involved in 'Fast Six.' If you'll recall, Mendes showed up in an after credits scene at the end of 'Fast Five' when her character from '2 Fast 2 Furious' showed a file to agent Hobbs (played by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson) that contained evidence of Dominic Toretto's former flame Letty, who supposedly perished in 'Fast & Furious,' as being alive and well and still robbing cargo.
When we asked if she'd be in the sixth film she said she wasn't involved and hadn't heard if she was going to be in the film: as far as she knew, she wasn't going to be in it.
This could of course change as shooting starts this month, but for now, don't expect the sexy Latina to make another appearance.
