Now that John Noble has gone back to work on the fifth, and final season of FOX's sci-fi cult drama 'Fringe,' we are all of us faced with one inscrutable truth: they are coming!  The Observers will descend upon us all in the near future, bringing humanity into a dystopian future under their oppressive, but "protective" rule.  And in case you needed little catch-up on the mysterious Observers, how about a brand new teaser?

'Fringe' season 5 has unleashed its first official teaser following the cobbled-together Comic-Con 2012 sneak peek, courtesy of TVLine, and it is quite Observational.  By that of course, we mean the Observers are coming, more every minute!  But for those who don't have the willpower to make it through four seasons of teasing, the latest promo does an excellent job of summing up everything we've learned about our mysterious balded frenemies up to now.

The fifth and final season of 'Fringe' will premiere September 28 with "Transilience Thought Unifier Model-11," picking up shortly after season 4 episode 'Letters of Transit,' which saw the Fringe team (sans Olivia, but plus her and Peter's daughter Henrietta) reunited in the year 2036, and ready to join the resistance against their enigmatic, bald overlords.

Judging by the promo below, things are certainly going to get worse before they get better.

Check out the 'Fringe' season 5 teaser below, and tell us what you're most excited to see in the comments!
