‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ Hacks Up Danny Trejo’s Return in First Season 2 Trailer

El Rey’s From Dusk Till Dawn TV series shed enough blood through its first year to earn a second season, now set to premiere on August 25. Better even, the Gecko brothers are back, and they’ve brought Danny Trejo with them for the first Season 2 trailer, which brings plenty of blood, bites and bods.

In addition to the trailer, July 7 will see series creator and El Rey Founder Robert Rodriguez hosting a one-hour “Dusk Returns” special, bringing insights into the character development, story, and costumes, as well as sneak peek of re-imagined sets from the original movie, including the infamous “Titty Twister.”

Back on board for the new season are D.J. Cotrona’s Seth Gecko, Zane Holtz’s Richie Gecko, Eiza Gonzalez’s Santánico Pandemonium, Jesse Garcia’s Freddie Gonzalez, Wilmer Valderrama‘s Carlos Madrigal, Madison Davenport’s Kate Fuller, Brandon Soo Hoo’s Scott Fuller, and guest star Jake Busey. Joining the fun this year are Danny Trejo as the enigmatic “Regulator,” Esai Morales as Lord Amancio Malvado, LOST star Jeff Fahey as Uncle Eddie Cruickshank, Briana Evigan, and even Demi Lovato.

From Dusk Till Dawn Season 2 will premiere on El Rey August 25, but in the meantime, take a bite of the new trailer above.
