Seriously, even after the Comic-Con 2012 panel, 'Glee' fans are at a loss to anticipate exactly what they'll see when the show picks up for a fourth season on FOX September 13.  Between Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) going about her New York NYADA lifestyle, Will Schuester holding down the fort at McKinley and now Santana heading to college in Kentucky, there are more questions than musical notes at this point.  Thankfully, new details on Rachel's New York life will steady the course...

Even after the 'Glee' season 4 Comic-Con 2012 panel, details continue pouring out over the show's upcoming, and highly anticipated fourth year.  We've known for some time that the fourth season would feature guest turns from Kate Hudson, as well as former 'Sex and the City' star Sarah Jessica Parker,' as well as feature characters moving into a New York setting, but little details beyond.

Now, thanks to TVLine interviews with 'Glee' executive producer Brad Falchuk, we have a few answers.  For one, regardless of who ends up joining her, 'Glee' season 4 will feature a new Rachel Berry, as evidenced by the September 13 season premiere title, "The New Rachel!"  Says Falchuk, of the newly-single and independent character, “She’s starting fresh [with] the challenges of New York and being there alone.”

And while Sarah Jessica Parker's role remains a mystery, Falchuk also revealed details of Kate Hudson's character as Rachel's new NYADA instructor, saying “[Her teaching philosophy is] one based on negative reinforcement.  Rachel has to get used to that.”  It remains to be seen what happens with Rachel's formerly better half Finn Hudson (Cory Monteith), last reported to be shipping off with the army, though Monteith maintains his role as a series regular.

What say you?  Do you think Rachel will remain alone in New York for long, or will other Gleeks soon arrive to join her?  Who would you like to see in which of 'Glee' season 4's storylines?  Sing out your song in the comments below!
