The good Doctor Lecter will resurface abroad for Hannibal Season 3's “Antipasto” premiere next week, but why wait for an appetizer? The first full clip from Season 3 has arrived, giving the cannibal killer an opportunity to double-fist his next victim. Uh, figuratively.

As debuted over at TVLine, our first full scene from Hannibal Season 3 sees the titular doc abroad on on his latest hunt, now that his old U.S. stalking grounds have been alerted to his true nature. Instead, Mads Mikkelsen swaps out suits for a motorcycle look, eying his next target at a party while a mysterious stranger double-fists champagne glasses.

So reads NBC’s “Antipasto” synopsis:

HANNIBAL IS ON THE RUN - EDDIE IZZARD AND ZACHARY QUINTO GUEST STAR – Having successfully escaped FBI capture, Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) is moving through the European landscape, with Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson) in tow.But Dr. Lecter’s old habits and opulent tastes are still on display as he settles into a new identity and life in Florence, Italy, working at the Palazzo Capponi museum. Glimpses into the past help inform his relationship with Bedelia, a pairing not clearly defined as friend or foe.

Most recently adding True Detective star Glenn Fleshler as Cordell, personal physician to Mason Verger (Joe Anderson, replacing Michael Pitt), we also know of Hannibal Season 3 that Gillian Anderson has been upgraded to series regular. The Hobbit star Richard Armitage, True Blood vet Rutina Wesley and Nina Arianda will play Red Dragon characters Francis Dolarhyde, Reba McClane and Molly, respectively, while Raul Esparza will return to the role of Dr. Frederick Chilton.

The new season will pick up with Hannibal and Bedelia’s new life on the lam, also incorporating such other literary Thomas Harris figures as Hannibal novel character Inspector Rinaldo Pazzi. Additionally, Batman vs. Superman and The Wolverine star Tao Okamoto has been confirmed to play the role of Chiyo, attendant to Hannibal’s “aunt” Lady Murasaki.

Hannibal Season 3 will premiere next Thursday on June 4, while we’ve included latest trailers below.
