‘Jack the Giant Slayer’ Trailer: The Giants Are Coming

After getting a 35-second taste of the new 'Jack the Giant Slayer' trailer just the other day, the full-length version has now hit the web, and where the previous footage was lacking in the action department, this new reel gives it all and more.

Bryan Singer has been a busy guy lately, juggling his 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' duties with putting the final touches on 'Jack the Giant Slayer.' We've already seen a ton of footage from the latter project through clips, TV spots and the like, and in anticipation of the film's March 1 premiere, it's got one final look to show us.

Digital Spy revealed the latest trailer for the film, starring Nicholas Hoult as the famous storybook hero, who inadvertently creates a giant beanstalk and opens up a gateway to the world of giants. In addition to the new 'Jack the Giant Slayer footage, the new trailer reminds us of some of the reasons why we love Bryan Singer -- as we saw in his 'X-Men' trilogy, he's got a knack for bringing beloved characters from comic books to life through a mixture of CGI and master storytelling skills.
