New DVD and Blu-ray Releases: May 2016
Sure, you have plenty of movie options in theaters next month, with Captain America: Civil War, X-Men: Apocalypse and everything in between (High-Rise. Joy: Starring Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro and Bradley Cooper. Joy is the story of the title character, who rose to become founder and matriarch of a powerful family business dynasty.
The Choice: Starring Benjamin Walker, Teresa Palmer and Tom Welling. Travis and Gabby first meet as neighbors in a small coastal town and wind up in a relationship that is tested by life’s most defining events.
The 5th Wave: Starring Chloe Moretz, Nick Robinson and Ron Livingston. Four waves of increasingly deadly alien attacks have left most of Earth decimated. Cassie is on the run, desperately trying to save her younger brother.

The Boy: Starring Lauren Cohan, Rupert Evans and James Russell. An American nanny is shocked that her new English family’s boy is actually a life-sized doll. After she violates a list of strict rules, disturbing events make her believe that the doll is really alive.
Where to Invade Next: To learn what the USA can learn from other nations, Michael Moore playfully “invades” them to see what they have to offer.
Creative Control: Starring Benjamin Dickinson, Nora Zehetner and Dan Gill. In near future Brooklyn, an ad executive uses a new Augmented Reality technology to conduct an affair with his best friend’s girlfriend…sort of.

Dirty Grandpa: Starring Robert De Niro, Zac Efron and Aubrey Plaza. Right before his wedding, an uptight guy is tricked into driving his grandfather, a lecherous former Army Lieutenant-Colonel, to Florida for spring break.
The Witch: Starring Anya Taylor-Joy, Ralph Ineson and Kate Dickie. A family in 1630s New England is torn apart by the forces of witchcraft, black magic and possession.
A Perfect Day: Starring Benicio Del Toro, Tim Robbins and Olga Kurylenko. A group of aid workers work to resolve a crisis in an armed conflict zone.
The Program: Starring Ben Foster, Chris O’Dowd and Guillaume Canet. An Irish sports journalist becomes convinced that Lance Armstrong’s performances during the Tour de France victories are fueled by banned substances. With this conviction, he starts hunting for evidence that will expose Armstrong.

How to Be Single: Starring Dakota Johnson, Rebel Wilson and Leslie Mann. A quartet of single women navigate dating in New York.
Zoolander 2: Starring Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson and Penelope Cruz. Derek and Hansel are lured into modeling again, in Rome, where they find themselves the target of a sinister conspiracy.
Risen: Starring Joseph Fiennes, Tom Felton and Peter Firth. In 33 AD, a Roman Tribune in Judea is tasked to find the missing body of an executed Jew rumored to have risen from the dead.
