‘Portlandia’ Stands Up for Men’s Rights in Season 7 First Look

Portlandia might have gotten just a bit too real for its famous feminist bookstore, but Season 7 is definitely swinging in the opposite direction. See for yourself, as Fred and Carrie finally make a stand for Men’s Rights in an extended sneak peek of Portlandia Season 7.

Entertainment Weekly debuted an extended sneak peek of the IFC comedy’s seventh season, itself due to arrive on January 5, 2017. Right off the bat, new footage takes a shot at the series’ famed feminist book store, as two Fred and Carrie personas lament that men have been left behind in an age of representation (keyboard bursts into flames just typing this).

In the meantime, Season 7 marks the last of IFC’s officially ordered Portlandia seasons, though Fred Armisen has previously stated the series was likely to continue through at least Season 8.
