Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a large and imposing man, a fact not lost on the marketing team behind his upcoming film 'Snitch.' Honestly, the poster for the film seems to be heavily inspired by the one sheet for Johnson's 'Faster,' which placed the former wrestler against a washed out background and relied on his sheer size and intense gaze to sell the film. Well, you stick with what works: the poster for 'Snitch' is all the proof we need that The Rock is capable of smashing puny mortal men with his little finger alone.

Following in the footsteps of Liam 'Taken' Neeson, Nicholas 'Stolen' Cage and Mel 'Ransom' Gibson, 'Snitch' will find Johnson smashing a lot of heads and killing a lot of bad guys in the name of protecting his endangered son. The official synopsis claims that the film is based on a true story, but we're pretty sure that the events that inspired this screenplay didn't involve, well, anything that happens in the movie.

Speaking of official synopses:

"Inspired by true events, the fast-paced action thriller Snitch stars Dwayne Johnson as a father whose teenage son is wrongly accused of a drug distribution crime and is looking at a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 10 years. Desperate and determined to rescue his son at all costs, he makes a deal with the U.S. Attorney to work as an undercover informant and infiltrate a drug cartel on a dangerous mission- risking everything, including his family and his own life."

And here's the poster. It's a meat and potatoes design, but when you've got Mr. Dwayne Johnson headlining your action movie you don't need too much more.
