‘The Last Stand’ Releases the Last Poster and That Gun Means Business
'The Last Stand' hits theaters in January and we've been loving everything we've seen so far from the newest Arnold Schwarzenegger actioner, but this final theatrical poster proves they saved the best for last.
Collider posted the final theatrical poster for the upcoming action thriller 'The Last Stand,' and oh my boom, would you get a load of that gun?! That thing is merciless. Please ignore Johnny Knoxville's dopey face and focus on action legend (and former governor) Arnold Schwarzenegger handling that massive metal like he never left the business.
'The Last Stand' is more than just a return to form for Arnold Schwarzenegger -- it's also the hotly-anticipated English-language debut of South Korean director Kim Jee-woon ('I Saw the Devil,' 'The Good, the Bad, the Weird'). The film follows a dangerous and insane criminal who escapes an FBI escort and makes a break for the border in a specially-designed car that goes 200 mph. Schwarzenegger plays the sheriff of the small town that just so happens to be the last stand between this crazy-pants criminal and the border -- but the FBI doesn't think he and his inexperienced team have what it takes to stop this guy and his crew of baddies from making their ultimate escape.
'The Last Stand' co-stars Johnny Knoxville, Zach Gilford, Peter Stormare and Luis Guzman, and hits theaters in January 2013.
