The Rock's catchphrase completely applies to this brand new set photo from Michael Bay's new movie 'Pain and Gain.' And yes, the BBQing in a strange way involves how incredibly badass Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is once again (as if you need another example). And no, you won't believe what The Rock is actually cooking.

'Pain and Gain' is already an intriguing new action-drama, especially given the fact that it's the first time in awhile Michael Bay is dealing with a relatively small budget compared to the monstrous ones he had for the 'Transformer' films. Regardless of that fact, 'Pain and Gain' already looks like it could be the crown jewel of action-dramas for 2013.

The movie stars Johnson and Mark Wahlberg as a pair of bodybuilders who are tangled up in an extortion ring and kidnapping scheme that goes haywire. The rest of the cast includes Anthony Mackie, Ken Jeong, Ed Harris, Rob Corddry and Tony Shaloub.

So now it's time for you to throw away your negative thoughts on Michael Bay and get a little tingle of excitement for the movie with the brand new picture below.
