Starz viewers will get an eyeful of David Slade’s gorgeous direction with the premiere of American Gods, but we won’t have to wait long for the next gig. Hannibal alum Slade is stepping through Netflix’s Black Mirror, adding his name to the roster of directors for Season 4.

Slade himself shared the news over Twitter, but kept otherwise mum on details of the story, including his episode’s title. The as-yet-unscheduled fourth season will rank in with another six episodes, as the original Netflix Black Mirror order was for twelve.

Other known directors for Black Mirror Season 4 thus far include Jodie Foster directing Rosemarie Dewitt in a mother-daughter themed hour, and Triple 9 director John Hillcoat helming “Crocodile,” believed to star Nocturnal Animals alum Andrea Riseborough (h/t /Film). Executive producer Charlie Brooker also previewed that an episode would be shot in Iceland, as well as that one would feel “much more overtly comic than anything we've done.”

Meanwhile, Black Mirror Season 3 featured directors Joe Wright, Dan Trachtenberg, James Watkins, Owen Harris, Jakob Verbruggen and James Hawes. The third season hit Netflix on October 21, 2016, which could point to another fall release for Season 4.

Stay tuned for the latest details on future Black Mirror episodes as they arrive. Yes, we’re pulling for a “San Junipero” sequel as much as you are.
