‘Glee’ Season 4 Releases First Promo, About “Time”

Glee Season 4
FOX

It’s coming ever closer, and like it or not the stars of ‘Glee‘ season 4 will soon sing their hearts out across the country, from New York to Ohio when new episodes arrive on September 13.  And while quite a bit still remains a mystery, the first promos has emerged to give us a peek at all your old McKinley favorites back in action, plus a few new faces.  And hey, who couldn’t use new Kate Hudson details?

In advance of its September 13 premiere, ‘Glee’ season 4 has released its first official promo, showing the stars of New Directions and beyond moving forward from a season that saw four of its main cast graduating high school, including Rachel Berry, Finn Hudson, Mercedes Jones and Kurt Hummel.  But life surely doesn’t end after high school!

The promo below also gives us our first look at Kate Hudson’s NYADA dance instructor Cassandra July in action, clearly none-too-thrilled with Rachel Berry’s big fish attitude.  The footage also reveals that Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) has had (or at least holds) her new baby, while a few new faces come to join the New Directions, to Brittany’s great confusion.

In addition to Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker,  new cast-mates include‘Homeland‘ star Melissa Benoist and Becca Tobin, along with Dean Geyer and Jacob Artist, though Geyer’s role will take place in New York as a NYADA freshman with eyes for Rachel Berry.  Artist on the other hand will join the new girls in Ohio as Jake, younger half-brother to Noah “Puck” Puckerman.  Apart from the newbies, the only concrete casting of late is the upgrade of recurring star Chord Overstreet to series regular.

Check out a new photo of Cassandra July (Kate Hudson) mid-performance from Entertainment Weekly, and take a look at the new teaser below!  Tell us what you’re expecting from ‘Glee’ Season 4 in the comments!
