So now that everybody's salary has been squared away (even the dog's), 'Modern Family' fans can breathe a sigh of relief that the show has resumed production, and things are going off without any further hitches.  All that said, there are still some big questions to be answered when 'Modern' family season 4 premieres on September 26, and a few other big things as well.  Most importantly: Will we be able to take our eyes off of a pregnant Gloria?

On September 26, ABC's mega-hit 'Modern Family' will be back, and bigger than ever thanks to the twist in season 3 finale "Baby On Board," which left Gloria (Sofia Vergara) pregnant.  Just when you thought she couldn't get any...ahem, bigger.  So how does everyone react to the news?

According to TVGuide, executive producer Christopher Lloyd says that reactions will run the gamut:

Gloria's pregnancy has repercussions throughout the family. Jay is unnerved about being a dad again and briefly sees a therapist; Gloria is in a bit of denial and refuses to stop wearing her usual clothes; and Manny is concerned the parenting duties will fall to him.

But what of the Dunphys?  "Phil is transfixed by the changes to Gloria's physique," says Lloyd. "And so is Claire, who secretly delights in it."  We couldn't have put it any better ourselves.

Meanwhile, as we've mentioned before, Mitchell and Cam will have their own headaches to deal with, as ‘Reno 911!’ and ‘Bridesmaids’ star Wendi McLendon-Covey will appear beginning with the season’s third episode, portraying one-half of a lesbian couple whose son gets into a fight with Lily on the girl’s day of kindergarten.  McLendon-Covey’s partner will be played by former ‘Saturday Night Live‘ star Michaela Watkins.
