A few weeks ago we heard that 'Parks and Recreation' season 6 had cast 'Veronica Mars' herself, Kristen Bell, to play Leslie's Eagleton doppleganger, but it seems Leslie isn't the only Parks Department employee with an evil twin! Mustachioed man's man Sam Elliott has been tapped for an appearance in the new season as well, with a surprising connection to Ron Swanson!

Much as Bell will act as Leslie's Eagleton equivalent, so too has TVLine revealed that Elliott will prove Ron's "aggressively mustached counterpart/doppelganger." It isn't known if Elliott's character actually works for the Parks Department in Eagleton, but given his appearance coincides with Bell's character, it would seem the most likely implication.

Elliott joins such fellow 'Parks and Recreation' season 6 guest stars as supermodel Heidi Klum, and Henry Winkler as Jean-Ralphio (Ben Schwartz)’s father. The hour-long September 26 premiere will venture to London largely to accommodate star Chris Pratt’s shooting role in Marvel’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ while the latest episodes will continue the many threads started by last season’s finale, including Ron and Diane’s (Lucy Lawless) pregnancy, Tom’s mysterious “Rent-a-Swag” competitor, Ann’s desire for a baby, and April’s move to veterinary school.

Well, what say you, 'Parks' fans? Will we see the bizarro Pawnee this year with an extended stay in Eagleton? Who else's doppelganger might pop up in season 6, and who would you want to play them? Check out NBC's latest S6 teaser video below, and give us your thoughts in the comments!
