'Sons of Anarchy' revs up its fifth season tonight, with Jax Teller firmly at the head of the SAMCRO table, and Clay lurking in the shadows as new dangers encroach the town of Charming from all sides. Apart from all the bad-ass guest stars and plot threads ready to explode, we're especially excited to see one of our favorite 'Community' stars Joel McHale breeze through 'Sons of Anarchy' season 5. But who is the mysterious Warren?

Though he won't appear in tonight's stellar 'Sons of Anarchy' season 5 premiere "Sovereign" (more on that later), Joel McHale wants you to know that his con man character Warren is "probably the best character that this show's ever had." The latest 'Sons of Anarchy' season 5 video goes behind the scenes with McHale as he shoots his part, boasting about his involvement with the series.

It all leads up to tonight's big premiere, which will see Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam) firmly within the seat of power, and desperately trying to keep the club together as old threats are brought to light and newcomer baddie Damon Pope seeks revenge for Tig's accidental murder of his daughter last season. Will this year's body count be even bigger than last?

McHale isn't the only recognizable name to appear in the season either, a real-life Hells' Angels Rusty Coones and Chuck Zito will appear several times throughout the season as nomad bikers. Other ‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 5  guest stars include Disney Channel star Ashley Tisdale as Emma Jean, a high-priced escort who complicates SAMCRO’s life for two (possibly more episodes), and Billy Brown as August Marks, right-hand man to Harold Perrineau’s major villain character Damon Pope.
