No one knew for certain what happened to Eleven at the climax of Stranger Things; the character seemingly evaporating alongside the Demogorgon, but snacking on woodland Eggos months later. Now, see the immediate aftermath of Season 1 in a spoilery new clip from next Friday’s premiere.

Star Millie Bobbie Brown made a video appearance at London Comic-Con to debut the newest Stranger Things Season 2 clip, as we finally learn what happened to Eleven after the big battle. It seems the pint-sized telekinetic didn’t go far, but rather found another exit from the Upside Down, returned to our world, and went on her merry way. After all, trailers revealed that Eleven’s been back long enough to grow those adorable curls, even if we don’t know why she left Mike and her friends hanging.

Elsewhere of Stranger Things Season 2, we know the story will pick up in the fall of 1984, while creators Matt and Ross Duffer have teased a James Cameron influence in crafting the second chapter. We’ll also learn more about the Upside Down, as teased in our exclusive concept art piece, while new cast includes Sadie Sink, Dacre Montgomery, Brett Gelman, Goonies alum Sean Astin, Aliens baddie Paul Reiser and actress Linnea Berthelsen. The full list of directors has also been revealed, including Finding Dory helmer Andrew Stanton.

Watch the latest trailer below, and stay tuned for more as we get closer to the October 27 premiere.
