Heading into November, we’re closer than ever to the 2016 return of Agent Carter and Peggy’s big Season 2 move to sunny Los Angeles. That hasn’t stopped even more major additions to the series however, as Veronica Mars and Party Down favorite Ken Marino finally enters the MCU for a recurring role.

Agent Carter Season 2 offered up a few tantalizing tidbits of Peggy’s Hollywood adventures from New York Comic-Con, but with quite a way to go until 2016, there’s plenty yet for our dapper dame to discover. For instance, That ‘70s Show and cinema favorite Kurtwood Smith will put his stern grimace to work in Agent Carter Season 2, but as whom?

Peggy won’t make her trip to Hollywood until sometime in early 2016, but with the cast and crew assembling for New York Comic-Con, the SSR has leaked plenty new details on Agent Carter’s next mission. Not only do we know our Madam Masque, but also a host of new faces, and which friends and foes will return for Season 2.

Marvel’s Agent Carter proved endlessly stylish as Peggy kicked bad guys all up and down the East Coast, but with a move to Los Angeles on the horizon, the SSR’s best gal needs some warmer wardrobe. Ditch the hat, but keep the gun, Peggy’s on the prowl in a new Agent Carter Season 2 poster.

Marvel went a bit light on TV at Comic-Con 2015, between Agent Carter and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s dual panel, and Marvel Animation, but we can always expect New York, home of the Defenders to deliver. Jessica Jones, Daredevil, the Agents and all the rest will be on hand for New York Comic-Con 2015, and so will we.

Agent Carter’s new adventures abroad likely won’t premiere on ABC until early 2016, but don’t you worry about Peggy slacking on the job. Production has officially begun on Agent Carter Season 2, and a new set photo released by Marvel teases a changing of the guard at the SSR.

Chad Michael Murray has confirmed his return to Agent Carter Season 2, while buzz suggests Dominic Cooper will make an appearance as Howard Stark as well.

The 1940s timeline of Marvel’s Agent Carter makes Peggy’s adventures seemingly difficult to connect to the present-day MCU, though the first season finale certainly suggested that Arnim Zola might take a larger role in Season 2, potentially exploring The Winter Soldier’s origins. Not so, according to showrunners, who tease that new recognizable Marvel baddies lie in store for Agent Carter Season 2.
