In a move no doubt to be parodied by the exact manner in which the character first appeared, and rose to a lead position within the span of a few episodes, it seems 'Mad Men' star Jessica Paré is once again on a swift ride to the top.  After becoming a series regular this season, Paré is already submitting herself for the Lead Actress Emmy, but what does it mean for the show's other women?

On 'Mad Men,' it's hard not to see Jon Hamm's Don Draper as the cool dad, the kind of father who knows when to reign in his young daughter's use of makeup but still throw her a bone and taker her out to a fancy dinner.  Is it any surprise then, that Jon Hamm himself seems right at home giving advice to teen girls, even extolling the virtues of the ever-elusive female fart?  This, you'll have to see for yourself.

There was a time when licensing rights for movies and television was relatively inexpensive. Free advertising was often the thought, and you'd have a song like 'Thriller' show up in something like 'Revenge of the Nerds.' That time has long past, and now it can cost an arm and a leg to get a hit song. To get The Beatles 'Tomorrow Never Knows,' it cost 'Mad Men' around a quarter of a million dollars.

Mad Men’ Season 5 gives the shaft to its eighth episode of the year, as Megan comes to an important realization about her true passion, while Pete entertains an affair with his friend's wife, and Don and Peggy argue over a failed pitch to Cool Whip.

Amidst all the excitement of 'Mad Men's last episode "Signal 30," what with Pete Campbell getting knocked out by one Lane Pryce, or perhaps the inescapable void of color created by Don Draper's sport coat, we might have missed 'Mad Men's attention to detail in using real-life car company Jaguar as a plot point.  But guess who's laughing now?
