Practically everyone loves Batman, thanks in part to Christopher Nolan's recent 'Dark Knight' take, so it's difficult to imagine any major disinterest in Warner Bros.' new Batman Exhibit, which will be on display as part of the studio's VIP tour. For $54 a pop, you can journey through the cinematic history of the Caped Crusader, examining props, ogling costumes and remembering the good times ('The Dark Knight') and the very bad times ('Batman and Robin').

A few months ago, Comic-Con 2012 in San Diego was packed with comic book nerds, cosplayers, TV and movie fanatics, and members of the press, all of whom were bustling from location to location trying to see as many events and panels as possible. That's something New York Comic-Con is trying to do better this year.

The Dark Knight Rises’ brought closure to Christopher Nolan’s vision of the Batman, which began with ‘Batman Begins’ and extended through ‘The Dark Knight.’ But it also created a gaping hole in the Batman landscape, as fans of the Caped Crusader wonder what they’re going to look forward to now that Nolan’s passion project has come to a close. We might have a suggestion.

You see, Christopher Nolan's hugely anticipated 'The Dark Knight Rises' isn't the end of Batman's on-screen missions. Warner Bros. has started the ball rolling on an animated version of Frank Miller's brilliant graphic novel 'The Dark Knight Returns,' and has zeroed in on casting … with a classic action-hero actor in the lead role of Bruce Wayne and his masked alter ego.
