'World War Z' Reshoots Could Amount to Over Half the Film

There's something in the water in Hollywood lately, as we've seen a number of big budget movies get bounced around schedules and delayed for six months or more. One of the biggest is the Brad Pitt-starring  'World War Z,' which had a $175 Million budget and is going in for seven weeks of reshoots. When hiring a script doctor to rewrite the ending, Paramount showed them footage. 52 minutes worth.

Here's a fun new joke: How many writers does it take to finish a 'World War Z' script when the film has already completed shooting and the release has been pushed back to next summer? If you answered "all of them," you're probably right.

A couple of days ago it was reported that Paramount Pictures' 'World War Z' was not only pushed back from its scheduled release but will go through seven weeks worth of reshoots. That's already not good for the post apocalyptic movie that's been already pushed back once. So who's helping out with saving the flawed script?
