A ways back we heard through the grapevine that 'Shaun of the Dead' stars and frequent Edgar Wright collaborators Simon Pegg and Nick Frost would reprise their 'Dead' roles for the Disney Channel's upcoming 'Phineas and Ferb' Halloween special, and the Eve approaches. We won't get a 'Shaun' sequel anytime soon (we hope), so see Shaun and Ed back in action serving up fried gold for 'Phineas and Ferb' right now!

Per IGN, our first look at the 'Phineas and Ferb' one-hour Halloween special "Night of the Living Pharmacists" sees a horde of Doofenshmirtz-zombies taking over the town, only for Shaun and Ed to pop by and get lost debating the invasion. Airing this Saturday at 8:00 P.M. on the Disney Channel, the special will also feature famed 'Night of the Living Dead' director George Romero as reporter Don Adaded, along with 'Falling Skies' star Noah Wyle, Bella Thorne, 'Modern Family''s Ariel Winter and Cloris Leachman.

Personally, we're hoping Simon Pegg and Nick Frost's cameos see Shaun and Ed popping by a bit longer than the sneak peek would suggest, but check out the clip for yourself above, and tune in Saturday night for the full 'Phineas and Ferb' Halloween special, "Night of the Living Pharmacists!"
