Director Bryan Singer has been hard at work filming 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' for some time now, and his busy schedule certainly hasn't stopped his frequent Twitter updates straight from the set. His latest photo reveal of the 2014 superhero epic gives us a look at franchise villain/antihero/"dark knight" Magneto, once again played by the dashing Michael Fassbender, and it looks like he's up to no good.

We've already seen paparazzi photos of Fassbender, but you've gotta love this more-official look. In the finished film, the metal-manipulating Magneto will simply be seen hovering in the air, and we'll accept it as a superpower. To see Fassbender standing on top of a crane, though, gives you a deep appreciation for just how cool moviemaking truly is.

'X-Men: Days of Future Past' will open on July 18, 2014 and will unite the casts of the original 'X-Men' series and 'X-Men: First Class,' including Ian McKellen as the older version of Magneto. (In case you were not aware, time travel is involved in this story.) We have our fingers crossed for "amazing."
