Just yesterday we heard the news that Amazon's forthcoming 'Zombieland' TV series pilot would make its way online sometime this week, but now it seems that time has come! Picking up where the 2009 horror-comedy left off, Amazon has released the full 'Zombieland' TV series pilot online for US viewers to watch, along with a brand-spanking new trailer! What do we think, zombie news of the week?

'Zombieland' fans, your time has come. After nearly four years of waiting, the adventures of Columbus, Tallahassee, Little Rock and Wichita have finally picked up with Amazon's 'Zombieland' TV series pilot, available for streaming right now. The series picks up two weeks after the events of the 2009 film, and features a cast comprised of Kirk Ward as Tallahassee, Maiara Walsh as Wichita, Tyler Ross as Columbus, and Izabela Vodovic as Little Rock.

Original ‘Zombieland’ writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick wrote the pilot and executive produce with the movie’s producer, Gavin Polone. Viewer reception of the pilot will determine if Amazon moves forward with a full season of the comedy, likely to premiere sometime in November of 2013.

So what are you waiting for? Check out the official trailer of the 'Zombieland' TV series for a sneak peek of things to come, and head on over to Amazon proper to watch the pilot in full! Time to nut up, or shut up!
