‘Angry Birds Star Wars’ is Happening — Watch the Teaser Here!

Angry Birds and 'Star Wars': Two great tastes that would go great together? The world is soon to find out! Rovio Entertainment, Hasbro and LucasFilm are combining forces (pun intended) to bring us not only a new video game that melds the two name-brands, but a whole slew of merchandise, including toys, dolls, board games, clothing and Halloween costumes.

The teaser for the game - and, essentially, the team-up as a whole - can be seen after the break!

For those interested, the Red Bird takes on the role of Luke Skywalker, the Yellow Bird is Han Solo and the Pink Bird is Princess Leia. Naturally, the Pigs are on the dark side of the force.

The Angry Birds Star Wars game will be available via the App Store on November 8th, while the merchandise will spring into stores and online retailers on October 28th. One especially cool item: a  re-imagined version of  Jenga, in which players will launch the birds to take down a Deathstar-shaped tower.
