Looks like the world is about to welcome the newest member of the comedy family. Anna Faris, star of movies like 'The House Bunny' and the upcoming 'The Dictator,' is expecting her first child with her husband, 'Parks and Recreation' actor Chris Pratt.

The 35-year-old Faris has always been public about her desire to have kids, recently telling E! Online, "I would love to have eight, [but] I don't think I could handle it."

She and Pratt, 32, married in Bali in 2009, even though he's not entirely sure how he nabbed her. "I married way out of my pay grade," he said in the May issue of GQ. "I have no idea how that happened ... But I'm not going to question it too much. I don't know what it is, man. I guess chicks dig love handles or something."

In addition to his work on 'Parks and Recreation,' Pratt has a scene-stealing role as Jason Segel's pal in 'The Five-Year Engagement.' And it won't be long before you can catch Faris on the big screen as well, 'The Dictator' - which also stars Sacha Baron Cohen - opens in theaters on May 16. Perhaps this is the reason why she won't be in 'Scary Movie 5,' though that could also be good taste.
