‘Ash Vs. Evil Dead’ Season 2 Sets Early October Premiere
Ash Williams usually isn’t one to arrive early, but fans of Ash Vs. Evil Dead are in for a treat. Not only does Season 2 have an official October premiere date, nearly a full month earlier than last year, but so too do we have fresh images and key art from the new season.
As revealed at the ongoing TCA press tour panel, Ash Vs. Evil Dead Season 2 will officially premiere on Sunday, October 2, near of a full month ahead of its initial Halloween bow. The show’s Facebook page can attest as much with a new poster above, along with our first official photo of Lee Majors as Ash’s father, Brock Williams:
While we wait for October, check out the most recent Season 2 synopsis:
The second season roars back into action with Ash leaving his beloved Jacksonville and returning to his hometown of Elk Grove. There, he confronts Ruby. The former enemies have to form an uneasy alliance as Elk Grove soon becomes the nucleus of evil.
Elsewhere of Ash Vs. Evil Dead Season 2, we know that Sam Raimi’s brother Ted will appear in the role of Ash’s childhood best friend Chet Kaminski, independent of the prior three appearances in other Evil Dead movies (which can all now be referenced). Lee Majors, meanwhile, will play the role of Brock Williams, Ash’s father.
